MLS Agreement Forms

Garden State MLS
Garden State MLS offers an IDX solution which integrates with RE/MAX New Jersey's regional website program. Once you have completed and filed the forms properly, we can activate IDX listings on your agent and office sites.

PLEASE NOTE: Individual agents will only be permitted to opt-in after their office has done so.

ATTENTION BROKERS: In order for Garden State MLS to include listing address information with the listing data from your office, you must complete the form below:

Middlesex MLS
Middlesex MLS requires each office to fill out the Website Development Agreement/Data Security Agreement. Each office that is a member of Middlesex MLS must complete and sign the agreement and then fax it back to the Middlesex MLS. The agreement requires signatures from the broker and the service provider (Reliance). The agreement form below includes all the necessary Reliance information and signatures.

Monmouth/Ocean MLS
Monmouth/Ocean MLS has recently implemented a new Participant Access & License Agreement. Members of the Monmouth MLS must complete and sign the agreement and then fax it back to the Monmouth MLS. The new agreement requires signatures from the office manager or broker, the participating agent and the service provider (Reliance). The agreement form below includes all the necessary Reliance information and signatures.
