How do I get RSN
installed in my office?
1. Fill out the Preliminary Site Survey and the
Dish Network Service Agreement and fax them to
Kylie Mestling at 303-796-3544.

2 After faxing your documents, mail the
originals to: Kylie Mestling, RSN, 5075 South
Syracuse St. Denver, CO 80237. A DISH
Network representative will call you to schedule
your installation. Contact Kylie Mestling at
800.525.7452 with any questions
regarding installation.
How long does it
take to get installed?
After RSN receives your signed and completed
paperwork, installation should be complete
within 30 days or less.
Please note you must make sure your office has a
Point of Entry.
This does NOT refer to a way for installers to
get to the roof.
It refers to any kind of sealed hole or access
point, on your roof, where the installers can
drop a cable from the exterior of your roof, to
the interior of your building. If your building
does not have one, DISH installers will not
create one for you. You will have to have a
roofer, or contractor create one prior to
getting the DISH installed. If you tell DISH
you have one, and the installers come out to
your building and discover that a POE does not
exist, you will be charged $119 for the
service call. Please make sure you talk to
building management, and verify whether or not
your building has a Point of Entry.
Obtain Permission from your building owner to
install a satellite TV system.
Written permission, from the building owner, to
install a Satellite DISH on the roof must be
obtained by your office before DISH Network will
schedule your install. Do not send this
letter to RE/MAX or DISH Network. The
installers will need to see this letter before
starting work. Have it available to show them,
at the time of install.
