The Miracle Home Program is a cause-related marketing program developed specifically for RE/MAX associates to increase community awareness and to differentiate their business from the competition.

This special program allows Associates to pledge from their personal funds a contribution from the settlement of properties designated as “Miracle Homes.” All of the money raised stays in the community to help make the medical miracles that happen every day at local CMN pediatric hospitals.

For a small contribution to CMN on the sale of each home, you will receive access to:

  • A Miracle Home Program Welcome Kit - introducing you to the program in specific detail, located on REgion Central
  • A certificate announcing your commitment, to display in your office.
  • Listing Presentation Materials - self promotion tools to help build awareness of your personal donations to CMN.
  • Publicity - A press release to your local publications announcing your support.
  • An exciting way to set yourself apart - Market your properties with the eye-catching Miracle Home sign rider. See the Approved Supplier Catalog (pgs. 273, 264, 287) to order sign riders.
